By purchasing and or downloading products belonging to MJB Studio ltd sold under Mowgli TV, you agree and are legally
bound to the terms of this license agreement.
Downloading products gives you the right to use the products in live performances, such as – but not limited to – concerts and theatre shows.
You are not allowed to use the products for television shows or movies. The products may only be copied to a maximum of two computers (2 cpu’s). If you want to use the products on more computers at a time, you can contact MJB Studio ltd to acquire permission.
The right of use does not give you the right to redistribute or resell the products in any way. The products as such may not be made available online,
except where it appears as part of a live performance. Unless agreed otherwise in writing you are not entitled to modify the products in part or in full – other than as part of a live performance – without the prior written consent of MJB Studio ltd. MJB Studio ltd shall at all times be entitled to refuse its consent or to attach conditions to its consent.
This license is a non-exclusive and non-transferable license between you and MJB Studio ltd.
You shall strictly observe the restrictions on the right of use of the products as set out in this license agreement at all times. You are aware that the violation of an agreed restriction on use shall constitute both a breach of this license agreement and an infringement of the intellectual property rights in respect of the products.
MJB Studio does not guarantee that the products will operate with no interruptions, errors or defects or that all errors and defects will always be fixed.
The total liability of MJB Studio due to an attributable failure to perform this agreement or due to any other reason, explicitly including any failure to comply with a guarantee obligation agreed with you, shall be limited to compensation of the direct damage or loss not exceeding the selling price stipulated for the products (excl. VAT).
The liability of MJB Studio ltd for indirect damage or loss, resulting in loss, loss of profit, loss of savings, reduced goodwill, loss due to business interruption, loss as a result of claims from your customers, shall be excluded.
This agreement and any other agreements between you and MJB Studio ltd shall be governed by British law. The applicability of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1980 is excluded.
Any disputes that may arise between you and MJB Studio ltd on the basis of an agreement concluded between you and MJB Studio ltd or as a result of further
agreements that arise from such an agreement, shall be settled by a British court in London.
